There are some off licenses nearby, some small eateries (including fish and chips, kebabs, Chinese, Indian, and even a Transylvanian bar) and Uber Eats and Deliveroo have lots of delivery options to the area. Aldi is just a few minutes down the road too!
Two great flat mates – they’re friendly, clean and quiet, and extremely easy to get along with. Always up for a chat or to leave you to get on with things as needed. New tenant will need to be clean, respectful and quiet. No smokers and no couples, and it is not a party house. Everyone gets on really well with no clashes, so looking for someone to carry on that peaceful streak!
Room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, and wardrobe – both in good condition. Dressing table in photos not included, but can be left upon request
Kitchen is nice with a gas hob and electric oven, plus washing machine. There’s no living area, but there is a sofa in the kitchen and stools in the kitchen to hang out on.
Bathroom is good, with a separate bath tub and shower – the shower has great water pressure and never runs out of hot water!
There is a good sized garden also
Bills aren’t included but don’t cost much, usually about £70 a month.
This is the takeover of a tenancy which ends 30th September 2018, with the option to renew then.
